Answer: Hi.. Dear you can start having dry fruits from now on..cashews, almonds , apricots , raisins, dates, walnuts , and pistachios are some dry fruits to eat during pregnancy. Since dry fruits are nutritious, you should aim to include the recommended quantity in your diet each day. You need to include plenty of fruits if not vegetables, protein, fibre and carbohydrates in your diet. Avoid unripe papaya and pineapple. Take folic acid and vitamin supplements if required, for your child healthy development and drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
Answer: Drink lemon juice and jeera water.

Do to hormonal changes in the body you may tend to feel tired and more lathargic You should eat immediately whole wheat toast or some nuts as soon as you get up in the morning. As you are not liking some smell and hence can't go to kitchen you should try and keep some aromatic candles or fragrances in the kitchen so that it helps you to give a fresh fegnance and you are able to stand in the kitchen .still if you don't like the smell of some food items you should avoid going bear them and cooking them This will continue in your first teimister b slowly when you move to the second trimester it will go away So do t worry take care relax
