Question: Hi. I keep reading about different skin care for different skin types. I am not sure about my skin type. Please suggest how to know my skin type.

Answer: Hi dear. Skin type is easy to know. Your skin care should be based on your skin type so that you can give your skin the proper care and keep it healthy. Oily Skin Indicators: Large pores and a glow that comes quickly after you’ve cleaned. If you’ve got oily skin, use an oil-free moisturizer that repairs skin while keeping both hydration and oil levels balanced. Dry Skin Indicators: Your skin is often itchy, red, peeling, or generally tight. After using a face wash to remove dead skin cells, dry skin needs a moisturizer rich in essential oils to refresh it. Combination Skin Indicators: An oily T-zone (that’s your forehead, nose, and chin) with drier skin on the cheeks. Treating combination skin is difficult because different areas need different moisturizers. Best is to try a heavier cream on cheeks and a lighter, oil-free cream on the T-zone. Normal Skin Indicators: An even skin tone with no peeling or glow. Use a general moisturizer. Sensitive Skin Indicators: You often get acne or other skin irritations. Sensitive skin needs something gentle that’s oil-free and paraben-free. I hope you recognise your skin type and start caring accordingly.

Answer: Hi.. Dear you need to experiment with your baby's favourite choices.. Make new dishes and see which your toddler likes.. You can make different porridges (vegetable khichdi, lentils and rice, only veggies), make different soups, make mashed potatoes dishes (tikki or cutlets), try giving brown bread pizza (using pizza sauce and cheese), make custard of seasonal fruits, suji or atta halwa, I am sure your child will like some out of these..Also, try to include wheat bran, cashew nuts, and pumpkin seeds in your child 's meal.. It helps in building appetite.....
