Answer: Hello dear. Exclusive breastfeed babies do not poop often so it is considered normal. My daughter used to poop after every 3-4 days and sometimes even took a week gap. If the baby is active and taking feed properly nothing to be worried. Usually babies get cranky if they have gas or constipation. Hope it helps.
