Question: hi i had warm raw milk yesterday after tht my vomitting is nt getting stopped. pls tell me what can i do? does it affect my baby in anyway? pls reply its really urgent

Answer: Nausea and vomiting are usually part of healthy pregnancy. dont drink raw milk you could not digest it well try these remedies I had tried some simple remedies to get rid of this problem. You can also try this. @ Take ginger juice off course it is very bitter in taste so mix it with little honey and have it. @ Drink lots of water. You can also drink lemon water. Stay well hydrate. @ Keep yourself calm and take rest. @ Sometimes hunger increases nausea. So eat regular meals and small snacks like dry fruits ( soaked almonds, 4 5 cashew nuts, 2 walnuts, little kismis), juice, fruits, sprouts, chhena, biscuits, namkin. @One of the best home remedies for vomiting during early pregnancy is peppermint. Its cooling taste gives relief from nausea.
