Pains can be due to different reasons like gas problem, indigestion problem etc. Take cumin water with ghee and sugar added as it helps to reduce pain. Avoid spicy masala food. Answer: Hello , Dear it must be because of gas or acidity. It is really common. To reduce gas or acidity have small frequent meals ,avoid oil and spicy food, do some little walk after meal , don't miss meal and drink plenty of fluid then you will be fine.. Pain can Also be because of pressure of growing uterus.This is a very common complaint of pregnancy and involves the ribs and muscles of your ribcage. In the pregnancy you may experience sore or painful ribs on your left, right or both sides – which can range from mild discomfort to extremely sore. The pain and soreness is caused by pressure from the top of your growing uterus, as well as baby kicking or punching the area.Here are some suggestions to ease your discomfort! Make yourself as comfortable as possible by wearing loose fitting clothes. Support yourself with cushions when lying down.  Sit up straight and don’t hunch over – bad posture is a cause of this discomfort.  Avoid sitting down for too long and get up and take regular stretch breaks or short walks.  Try sitting in a cross legged position and place your hands on your ribcage. Inhale as deeply as you can and expand your ribcage, and then breathe out slowly. Do this at least 8 times during the day to relieve the heavinesst hat you feel.  You can check daily videos and tips on the app they are quite knowledgeable and good. Question: I am at 23 weeks... Having severe pain below the chest and above the abdomen... May I knw the reason....
Answer: Hi,this is because the growing uterus causes preassure in the diaohgram which causes this pain and it also causes difficulty in breathing. Thanks will continue till the baby moves down. You should keep your back posture erect and can keep a pillow so that to Jeep your head and upper back raised as this will help you in breathing.
