Answer: Suggestions to relieve pain – • Maintain good posture - Stand up straight and tall. When you stand, use a comfortably wide stance for the best support. If you must stand for long periods of time, rest one foot on a low step stool — and take time for frequent breaks. Good posture also means sitting with care. Choose a chair that supports your back, or place a small pillow behind your lower back. • Wear low-heeled — not flat — shoes with good arch support. • When lifting a small object, squat down and lift with your legs. Don't bend at the waist or lift with your back. It's also important to know your limits. Ask for help if you need it. • Sleep on your side, not your back. Keep one or both knees bent. Consider using pregnancy or support pillows between your bent knees, under your abdomen and behind your back. • Massage or the application of a heating pad or ice pack might help. • Regular physical activity like brisk walking can keep your back strong and might relieve back pain during pregnancy • You can also practice yoga

    Thanks...

Answer: By lower waist do you mean abdominal pain? Abdominal pain occurs as the ligaments surrounding your uterus stretch during your first trimester and it is very common to have pain in abdomen so do not worry at all. Try and relax with your feet elevated and while getting up get up slowly. Drink water and keep yourself hydrated. You can take warm baths to relax yourself as well. If the pain is too severe or accompanied by bleeding then please do consult your Doctor.

Answer: Hello, I'm happy to help. Some abdominal pain during pregnancy is normal: After all, your organs are constantly shifting, your uterus is expanding, and your ligaments are stretching. However if the pain is severe and unbearable, you'll have to contact your gynecologist immediately. Few of the remedies are : Sit down, put your feet up, and relax. Resting comfortably should relieve your symptoms. A hot water bottle or heating pad might help. Drink lots of liquids. When you do feel a pain, bend towards the pain to relieve it. Take care.

Question: Hi, I am 14 weeks pregnant.. I have mild pain in lower abdomen in right side... why it is so?
Answer: Hi dear, Such pain in initial stages could be due to uterus expansion.i donot think there is anything to worry about.since the whole hormonal surge is new to your body, and it takes time to get used to it.your uterus keep expanding as your pregnancy progresses, also pushing the neighboring organs and pressing the adjacent nerves etc, meanwhile your pelvic bones starts relaxing more, loosening your joints too.this whole process gives such pain.and each body experiences in a different way.i never had such pains though, but many pregnant ladies suffer with such harmless pain.but if the pain is severe and you feel something is not right, please donot hesitate to check with your doctor.
