Answer: Dear in pregnancy all these symptoms are completely normal. For back pain do some mild hot compress on your back and you will get some relief. For cough at night do some warm oil massage on your necks and chest and raise your head with pillow for sleeping that will prevent cough.. if you are tired after breakfast then sleep for 1 hour after breakfast and you will be fine..
