Answer: hi it is natural to feel this as this is normal in first trimester. Take ginger juice off course it is very bitter in taste so mix it with little honey and have it. Drink lots of water. You can also drink lemon water. Stay well hydrate. Keep yourself calm and take rest. Sometimes hunger increases nausea. So eat regular meals and small snacks like dry fruits ( soaked almonds, 4 5 cashew nuts, 2 walnuts, fresh orange juice, fruits, sprouts, chhena, biscuits, namkin. Also you can have lemon water with black salt.

Answer: Hello! Avoiding foods and smells that trigger your nausea.Keeping soda crackers by your bed and eating a couple before getting up. Allow some time for digestion, and rise slowly once you are ready.Eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day instead of three big meals.Drinking less water/fluids with your meals, and instead drink them between meals.Eating more dry, plain foods such as white rice, dry toast, or a plain baked potato instead of richer, creamier foods.Sucking on hard candy.Keeping rooms well ventilated or having a fan close by for easier breathing. If neither of these are possible, take time to go outside to get some fresh air.Getting plenty of rest; Listen to your body when you are feeling fatigued, and try lying down.Sniffing ginger or lemons, or drinking ginger ale or lemonade, which can help ease the feeling of nausea.

Question: i am 7 weeks pregnant nd i dnt feel like eating anything for the whole day...my mood replells everything ...even i dnt have any temptations for anything?
Answer: appetite loss during pregnancy is quite normal and there is no need to panic. However, if the nutritional requirements of the developing fetus cannot be met due to this loss in appetite, then the condition needs to be treated. The main reason for appetite loss during pregnancy is nausea. Due to the nausea, the desire to eat is greatly reduced. The digestive system becomes extremely sluggish during the second trimester. This happens due to the pressure that is exerted on the lower bowel due to the enlargement of the uterus. Hence, this may lead to constipation and a loss in appetite to occur.
