Planning for pregnancy

Question: Hi... I am planning for a baby... My last lmp was 24th jan... And my cycle is of 27-28 days... I am feeling cramps in my lower abdomen and my lower back and legs r also paining... And there is time for my periods... Please tell me why m having such periods symptoms.

Answer: hi dear it is very hard to say as to why you are feeling cramps in your lower abdomen now it might happen that you might get your periods Early this time because some days plus minus is absolutely fine in period cycle and if you think it is for pregnancy for that you need to check and wait for sometime at least till due date of periods if you miss it then you can take a test after 5 to 6 days to check if your pregnant or not so from now onwards do not speaking at things if you are having a look lower abdomen pain do not have any medicine or anything just have lots of water and see how it feels.. It typically occurs when the uterus expands, causing the ligaments and muscles that support it to stretch. It may be more noticeable when you sneeze, cough, or change positions. During the second trimester, a common cause of cramping is round ligamentpain. Try to sit, lie down or change positions. Soak in a warm bath. Try doing relaxation exercises. Place a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel on the ache. Make sure you get plenty of fluids. Take care

Answer: Plz be patient until u miss periods to take a test. Until then just enjoy Ur days and keep busy. Don't think of any symptoms or worry anything...body mimics symptoms we wish to see .n later leads to disappointment.
