Answer: hi dear it is very hard to say as to why you are feeling cramps in your lower abdomen now it might happen that you might get your periods Early this time because some days plus minus is absolutely fine in period cycle and if you think it is for pregnancy for that you need to check and wait for sometime at least till due date of periods if you miss it then you can take a test after 5 to 6 days to check if your pregnant or not so from now onwards do not speaking at things if you are having a look lower abdomen pain do not have any medicine or anything just have lots of water and see how it feels.. Hope this helps

Question: M 7th month pregnant it's my second pregnancy of c section kindly tell me why my legs muscles r paining n lower abdomen also?
Answer: Hello! Legs muscles pain due to the different hormonal changes and the weight of the baby. These steps work whenever you have a leg cramp: Stretch your calf muscles immediately by straightening your leg, heel first, and gently flexing your toes back toward your shins. (Don't point your toes while stretching. It can make the muscle contract and worsen the cramp.) This stretch might hurt at first, but it will ease the spasm and gradually make the pain go away. After you stretch, massage the muscle or warm it with a hot water bottle to relax the tissue. Walking around for a few minutes may help too. there's no surefire way to prevent leg cramps during pregnancy. But these tips might help make them less likely: Don't stand or sit with your legs crossed for long periods of time. Stretch your calf muscles regularly during the day and several times before you go to bed. Rotate your ankles and wiggle your toes whenever you sit down, eat dinner, or watch TV. Take a walk every day (unless your healthcare provider has advised you not to exercise). Lie down on your left side to improve circulation to and from your legs. Drink water regularly to stay hydrated during the day. Try a warm bath before bed to relax your muscles. Light abdomen pain is also common in pregnancy. It typically occurs when the uterus expands, causing the ligaments and muscles that support it to stretch. It may be more noticeable when you sneeze, cough, or change positions. During the second trimester, a common cause of cramping is round ligamentpain. Try to sit, lie down or change positions. Soak in a warm bath. Try doing relaxation exercises. Place a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel on the ache. Make sure you get plenty of fluids. Take care
