dairy products like yogurt , milk .
folate rich foods : dark green leafy vegetables like spinach,citrus fruits, beans, peas, lentils, avocado and also bhindi.
whole grains : whole-wheat bread or pasta, millets, and oatmeal.
fruits like : pomegranate, bananas, guava, oranges, sweet limes, strawberries, and apples .
and ofcourse drink alot of water to keep yourself hydrated.
