Question: Hi, I am having bleeding gums and as per my reports I have factor 7 deficiency. What can I do to stop bleeding gums?

Question: I have less vitamin D12 as per my blood reports,,,what to do?
Answer: Hi dear, Not quite sure if you meant vitamin B12 or vitamin D. I am.assuming it is B12. If you are vegetarian,then vitamin B12 deficiency is quite common.you would need to take suppliments of b12. If you are non vegetarian,then intake if anumal meat and products can increase ita level.donot ignore as it could lead to anemia too.
