Question: Hi ..i am feeling stomach pain after eating food,it's like acidity, please suggest what should I do?

Answer: Hello dear... drink jeera water after every meal to help reduce gas... include garlic and hing to your diet as they help in reducing gas and acidity.. Lemon water is a good home remedy to treat acidity and encourages digestion.. It helps to neutralize the effect of acids present in your stomach.. Drinking this water before meals promote proper digestion.. You can add cumin powder and rock salt to this water for better results.. also boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals... And sucking on a piece of clove is another effective remedy for heartburn..
Answer: Hi, add Ginger aur Hing in your food which will help to absorb the gas. Have a join water it will also help. Take peppermint 1 teaspoon after meals. Avoid fried spicy and oily food. Is something every 2 hours. This shall help you.
