Question: Hi, I am feeling alot of indigestion, acidity, I burp after eating and feels like not to have anything except fruits. What to do to get rid of from acidity?

Answer: Hi dear... congratulations .... Try to eat smllar portions don't eat too much at a time always have small meals for every 2 hours...and avoid eating spicy foods ,. Fried foods, oily foods, junk foods which creates acidity..... Soo always try to eat simple foods ... Add more fruits , vegetable n leafy vegetables to your diet...
