7 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hi.. I am about to complete 7 weeks of pregnancy soon and I do not have the regular symptoms. I have occasional cramps and constipation. No morning sickness or aversion to any food. I was previously pregnant but miscarried around the same time. Previously the baby never developed a heartbeat. Really worried this time. Should i worry because of the lack of symptoms? Also this is an IVF pregnancy and I am carrying twins. Please advise.

Question: i have no symptoms of morning sickness. Sometimes during the day, i feel like vomiting but it never happened.
Answer: it is actually fairly common for women to not notice any symptoms of pregnancy in the first weeks or months. Every woman will have a different pregnancy and because of this, not every woman will experience each of the common symptoms like gas, bloating, food cravings, morning sickness, and nausea. In reality, the most common symptom is actually a feeling of increased fatigue and some women won’t even notice this. Therefore, pregnant but no symptoms is quite possible.
