Answer: Hi Dear! Cysts usually regresses in pregnancy you will definitely see a differencs in your next scan report, you r correct dairy is not allowed in pcod but i wud suggest you to ask your Dr. abt food to prefer..I understand your concern completely, Calcium is extremely important in pregnancy for baby's bone development, and milk is the easiest source however if you are unable to have milk then you need to fulfil the calcium needs thorough other available food. *You can have kidney beans, chickpeas. *Almond, roasted chana *Leafy veggies like spinach *Sweet potatoes. These food are all calcium rich and helps in strenghthening bones. Hope this helps!

Question: Hi, I'm a pcod patient, should i avoid milk and curds intake
Answer: If you’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, you’ve probably heard over and over about the dangers of sugar and dairy. And, it’s true: these two foods are unparalleled in their ability to wreak hormonal havoc (caffeine is another nutritional villain when it comes to hormones, so it’s best avoided, too).   To get your period back, clear your acne, stop hair loss, and lose weight  you’re wise to keep sugar, dairy, and caffeine out of your diet. But you’ll also want to take a close look at the other foods and beverages that might be sabotaging your success.   When you’re willing to dig deeper and root out the hidden “healthy” foods that undermine hormone balance, you’ll make leaps and bounds in easing symptoms.   Hope this helps.
