Question: Hi i am a 4 month preganancy and have stomach pain.let me know wat the reason?

Answer: Dear in pregnancy the most common stomach pain is due to the expanding uterus as your baby is growing. This pain could be like cramps which we get in periods, or mild pain or just heavyness. Apart from this gas could be another reason which is extremely common and normal during pregnancy. I would say relax nothing to be worried. Hope it helps.
