Question: Hi how much weight should gain in normal pregnancy? Im 27 weeks pregnant but only 3 kgs increased till now.. im very tensed about my weight. Pls help.

Answer: Don't worry dear. When you and your baby is doing good without any health complications need not worry dear. Good at you care gaining weight. Don't worry about how much you gained. The only concern is you should not loose weight. During your third trimester your will gain weight dont worry. Eat healthy food like vegetables fruits nuts eggs chicken fish ghee butter wheat whole grains curd milk tufu panner broccoli helps in gaining weight dear. Have regular exercise yoga and walk keeps you active and healthy .drink lots of water ,sleep well, sleep is very important for healthy weight gain.
