Question: Hi... How can I improve my Hb level.. Its 9.9 now at 20th week. I am thalessemia minor so cant take iron in pills or injection form.

Peanut butter, almonds 4 add vegetable home cooked soups in ur diet 5 Cooking in Kaali kadai or cast iron utensils add 80 percent of iron. 6 Take your prenatal multivitamin . 7 regular intake of jaggery in any form with any food will help combat anemia. A Regular intake of jaggery with ginger juice helps in better absorption of iron.
