Answer: Hello dear, it could be your baby movement. you can feel your baby's first movements, between weeks 16 and 25 of your pregnancy. baby movement will be very much like a butterfly flutttering or quickening which you may sometime get confused with your blood vessel movement. but kick will be very strong and you will feel something is pushing you from inside. It could will be with the hand or the leg of the baby.  Hope it helped Take care urself....

Question: i m 22 weeks..not feeling fetus movement... i cant feel it..feel something inside the tummy...but didn't identify its baby movement or anything else???
Answer:  Ideally pregnant ladies start feeling around 19-24 weeks. But if it's your first pregnancy than you might feel bit later. According to the baby growth initially the movements are not that intense and you feel occasionally. Those gentle fluttering feelings in your tummy (quickening) are your baby's movements.  But if you had a baby before than you might feel as early around 13-16 weeks. But if you didn't feel till 24 weeks do check with your doctor. She will check baby heartbeat.
