Answer: Hello friend, people commonly assume any fruit is good for breast feeding, this is actually not true. Some fruits are detrimental for breast feeding mothers. Best fruits to eat while breastfeeding: 1.Banana: Bananas are rich in potassium and fibre as well.     Welcome sis... Yes you can eat apple n pomegranate.. these fruits also helps to increasing the quantity of breast milk
