Question: Hi everyone, my weight is not increasing much. What should I include in my diet? In my last scan that was on 8th September, my babies weight was 1700gm. From then, I have gained only, 400gms. Now I am worried that my babies weight would have not gained much as my weight has not gained. Pls advise good diet.

Answer: drinks lots of water and juice. eat more dairy products,dates and add protein powder in ur diet
