Question: Hi doctor...I had c section delivery on 6th Sep...Now my stomach is paining while walking from 3 days...May I know the reason and remedies for the same
Answer: After c-section you should be taking bedrest for atleast about 6-8weeks. Right now,it is too early to walk or exert yourself. I will recommend you to take complete rest. If you notice any kind of pus discharge from your wound or swelling around the area, you will need to visit your doctor to check for any infection.

Question: Hi...I have had c section delivery on Sep 6th...I am getting a lot of headache from past 5 days...Please suggest me some remedies for this
Answer: Hi dear, Looks like the headache is due to spinal anaesthesia.i had it too.it was terrible.Side effects of spinal anesthesia can include extremely painful headaches. These headaches are caused when spinal fluid leaks from the membrane around the spinal cord and reduces pressure on the brain. These headaches usually occur up to 48 hours after the C-section. Without treatment, the hole in the spinal membrane will naturally repair itself over the course .but for me it lasted for a week or so.i had to drink plenty of water to compensate the fluid loss.my doctor had told me,if am not drinking enough fluid,I might need to be given drips. Treatment: 1- plenty of water 2- a cup of coffee 3- bed rest 4- check your BP 5- pain killer 6- blood patch by doctor could save you from leaking spinal fluid. But you should be fine in a week.take painkillers prescribed by your doctor for releif.
