Question: hi...can u tell me ki hume konse mnth se ghee n dry fruits khane start krne chaeye..iam 31 week pregnant now..

Answer: Dey fruits to kabhi se bhi u can start jus soak it fr nyt thn have it.. rest ghee is very essential in our daily diet.. to make ur nuscles n bones strong.. put a spoon on evrything u eat.. and in 9th mnth we take it with milk so dat baby shift downwards.. told by mother in law..
