Question: Hi all, today is 29 th day, we tested and it was positive. Now my wife facing sever pain in breast, some times she is facing some different pain in stomach. Comparing to sterday body temperature is fine today. What are the healthy foods to eat, pl suggest about the pain for also

Answer: Dr mild pain in breast and abdomen is completely normal during early pregnancy as it happens because of hormonal changes ,so don't worry. just tell your wife to take a proper bed rest also I hope you are Consulting with a gynecologist about it because sometimes the doctor will prescribe some painkiller or check for the exact reason of the pain. Here is a list of food that is healthy and beneficial for your wife to eat during pregnancy; Dairy is the best dietary source of calcium. lentils, peas, beans, chickpeas, soybeans and peanuts. Sweet potatoes are very rich in beta-carotene,  Eggs are the ultimate health food, because they contain a little bit of almost every nutrient you need. Broccoli and leafy greens contain most of the nutrients that pregnant women need. Berries are packed with water, healthy carbs, vitamin C, fiber and plant compounds. Eating whole grains may help meet the increased calorie requirements that come with pregnancy.

First of all congratulations on the pregnancy.. now if the temperature is high it means that she has fever and if she needs to take medicine that will be better to talk to the doctor and then provide medicine because over the counter medicine is not suggested in the early pregnancy weeks secondly backache is absolutely normal in pregnancy just that she is experiencing it quite early in her pregnancy when there is nothing to be worried about it will be honoured or she needs to correct posture she needs to sit with a lot of support on her back she can put a warm bag on the lower backside and also she has to walk on a daily basis pain below the chest is due to gastritis which is also very common eat before two hrs of sleep. No spicy foods, no maida, no pizza, no burger. Only homemade light food at night time. U can take non citric fruits also. This is wat I was advised that time. Ice cream or milk apparently helps with heart burn. It's caused because of reflux, Try to lie down in bed with ur head raised preferably by keeping 2 extra pillows. Hope this helps!
