35 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hi all...They say sleep to your left side.. But i get back pain and side pain terribly due to growing belly. I feel comfortable to my right..Pls help me

Answer: Dr recommend to sleep on left side, as sleeping left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and ur baby. Keep ur legs and knees bent and place a pillow between ur legs. But if u feel back pain then u can keep on changing ur sides don't sleep more on ryt.
Answer: If it is that uncomfortable,you may sleep on your right as well But know that liver is located there which is a big organ so basically your liver will be under pressure. It wont cause any major problem though. Have u tried placing pillows between your legs when you turn to the left?

    Yes , I have tried . Sometimes it will work out but sometimes it pains badly

    If it pains really badly,sleep on the right side.

Answer: Its best if you sleep on yoyr left but its fine if you feel comfortable on your right just dont sleep on your back and on tummy. You can use maternity pillow to support your tummy, if not maternity pillow use some comfortable pillow and keep under your tummy.

Answer: Hie See sleeping on your sides is important If your arent comfortable on left you can sleep mostly on your right not a problem it is just that on left side it helps supply more blood and nutrients comparatively to the fetus and placenta
