Answer: this actually sounds like eczema - people think eczema is dry flaky skin but its not it starts as a pimply red rash, then the pimples get denser and denser until they cover an area, and it generally starts on the cheeks and face in infants, so id go back to docs and get some cream on prescription - if you notice it weeping or looking like it has yellowy scales or blisters then you'll definitely need a hydrocortisone as it will be infected. my little girl and my newborn both have this and its been an ongoing battle - we have to cream them 3-4 times a day and bathe with baby soap, and we also cant use ANY baby wipes apart from eco friendly, even wen the skin is clear as it causes the pimply rash to return, we also have to cut out dairy products, tomatoes based products and citrus products, so if your weaning make a note of anything that looks like it may aggravate it - also dust mites etc can cause it so changing the bedsheets regularly helps... For complexion u can use gram flour You can make a homemade skin pack by mixing raw milk, turmeric, fresh cream, and gram flour (besan). Apply the thick paste to your baby’s skin softly. After 10-minutes, when the pack tends to dry, use a damp cotton or soft cloth to rub off the pack. The raw milk kills the bacteria, which cause diarrhea and other infectious diseases The ancient technique of the hot oil massage whitens your baby’s skin tone, keeps his skin nourished, and smooth. Massaging your baby’s skin with hot oil adds an extra layer of moisture to your baby’s sensitive skin and helps restore the right balance of the oils in the skin cells. With a regular hot oil massage your baby’s skin tends to shine, blossom and attain a fair pinkish shade. Some of the best essential oils for massaging your baby’s skin are almond oil ,olive oil and coconut oil. This will be helpful for you......
