37 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hi All..I have just entered into 37 Weeks pregnancy now and i am feeling very heavy after eating small portions of food..having difficult to walk, to sit or sleep....any suggestions or tips to handle this situation? feeling little stressed

Answer: Hi dear, I can understand how you must be feeling.first acknowledge the time first,and relax.most of the women go through this.if all your scans and blood works are normal,there is nothing to get stressed about. Try to divert your mind my listening to your favourite music.start a hobby.call your friends home and city chat.ys,eat slow and less at a time.deink water regularly.also stay active,no matter how difficult it gets.keep walking daily for atleast 15 minutes.
