1- discharge changes from thick white to egg white consistency
2- mild abdominal cramp or back ache
3- mild increase in body temperature
4-increase in libido or sex urge
6- mild spotting
I am 14 week pregnant and from few days i have been vomiting once or twice daily. Is this normal or should I visit doctor? And if this is normal, anything to stop this?

Take ginger juice off course it is very bitter in taste so mix it with little honey and have it.
Drink lots of water. You can also drink lemon water. Stay well hydrate.
