Answer: leaking doesn't shows your bm is sufficient. leaking can also happen with loose ligaments or pores of your nipples. if baby pee count is more than 6 and weight gain is 20gm per day rate than your milk supply is sufficient and you might be overfeeding the baby or if baby is crying for different reasons and you are filling the baby with fm. try diverting the mind and dont try to feed the baby. try to console the baby after bm and check after 24 hours or so is baby satisfied or not. that too was happen to me and in my case baby but ear ache and sucking soothes her so she accept fm too. so I stopped giving her fm and checked with doctor and gave Medicine for ear ache.she was fine and never gave fm.
