2 months old baby

Question: Hey.. My baby is of 2 months. He keeps sucking his hand even after being fed... What does that mean...? What is the solution to it.?

Answer: Hi.. I'm having same experience as yours.. what I have noticed with my baby is that he's not hungry but sleepy n finds comfort in sucking his hand while falling asleep. I let him do it for few minutes, then he gets tired n sleeps. Sometimes I take his hand out n put a pacifier in his mouth, he even sleeps then in couple of minutes...so I guess he looks for some comforting or coziness as he sleeps.....so I don't worry about it much n go with my instincts.. trust your instincts too. Don't worry about this becoming a habit as he's too young to get habitual to anything yet

Answer: It's a phase in babies when they want to put everything in mouth specially hands. Sometimes fingers. It will stop itself. My baby is 4 months old and he desperately wants a eat his hands.
