Answer: Take dry fruits, include dates specially because it's rich in calcium which ur body requires now the most, beside dates include cashew, walnuts,pista etc. At least drink 2 times milk. In lunch have less spicy,oily, food. Include masoor lentils it increases bm. Rest include green veggie, chapati. And eat as much as in which u will feel full. Don't even think of d it and all, Or not filling ur tummy full. Eat protien rich deit. Rest better to avoid tea,coffee as much as u can. Avoid gas making food. As these can cause stomach ache in ur baby. Avoid spicy, pickles as they may lead ur baby to vomit.
