Answer: Hi.. dear green one is good for babies but it should be started to be given from 6 to 7 months.
Half cardamom is sufficient till 8 months .Then start with 1 and gradually increase. Boil cardamom with milk and give.
It helps baby in sleeping peacefully
Do not give black one as it can produce heat in babies bodies
