Answer: Hello dear Back pain during pregnancy is a common complaint, and it's no wonder. You're gaining weight, your center of gravity changes, and your hormones are relaxing the ligaments in the joints of your pelvis. Take rest as much as possible as strenuous physical activities will aggravate your pain. Have warm water baths as they help in relaxing strained muscles and muscle pains. Use a hot water bag or a cold pack to alleviate the pain.

Question: i am getting back pain since from last night...is it common..feeling some discomfort while sleeping
Answer: Hello dear. During pregnancy, your body makes a hormone called relaxin that allows ligaments in the pelvic area to relax and the joints to become looser in preparation for the birth process. The same hormone can cause ligaments that support the spine to loosen, leading to instability and pain. Here are a few tips that might relieve you from back pain : Ice or heat packs. Sleep on your left side, and use a support pillow under your knees. If these dosent help, please consult your gynecologist for further treatment. Take care.

Question: Hello, since morning there is slight pain in my right breast. Is it normla in prrgnancy?
Answer: Hello, I'm happy to help. Breast pain during pregnancy is quite common, due to harmonal changes. You can use hot or cold compresses on your breasts. Wear a firm support bra. Cover breasts with warm, wet towel for 10-15 minutes. The warmth increases blood circulation, reducing swelling and tenderness. Take care.
