Question: I have done my usg on 6thweeks 4 days but echogenic nodular lesion is seen in the endrometrial cavity. The report didnot mention gestational sac, yolk sac or of embryo. So i am very much tensed. What does that mean?
Answer: hi dear! i am really sorry about this . but there is no pregnancy dear. this is a lump in the endometrium dear and this nodular lesion has to be operated on and removed dear. and it has to be checked in the laboratory for any problem in there. do visit your gyanc dear and the nodule has to be seen by the gyanc dear. so that you can get operated. and dont worry everything will be fine dear. take care . i hope this information is helpful to you!

Question: i have done usg in 6th week.gestational sac n yolk sac seen but not foetal pole.
Answer: Hi! If you have been to Doctor for the USG at 6 weeks and only gestational sac is seen without fetal pole, there are chances that the Doctor might ask you to do a Transvaginal Ultrasound or USG after a couple of weeks as this could be able to detect the fetal pole. Its normal in many pregnancies, dont worry do as the Doctor say. Good luck!
