Answer: Hello dear.. walking is the best exercise,to do for getting labour pain and vaginal birth,so walk as much as you can,keep yourself engaged active throughout the day,can do kegal exercises and squats,it will help to open the cervix and yields pain,be relaxed Da, because stress play an vital role in pregnancy, according to old wives advice we can mop and clean floor in squat position will ease labour pain,but dothat with supervision of elders,do do alone, because safety is very much important ,keep trying this tips,hope it works for you
Question: my 38th week is running...bt still no Labour symptoms..wt should I do for labour pain
Answer: I really recommend doing nothing at all and just being patient. Your doctor will know when it is time to take further action, and maybe it means your baby just isn't ready yet!
Question: I am 3cm dilated by 38th week with some streaks of blood shown. But no labour pain. What should i do?
Answer: If you have see some streaks of blood you should report it to your doctor as it may be a sign of labor and should be consulted with doctor. As far as I know your cervix should be 3.5 at this stage sp may be your cervox have dilated further and hence caused some bleeding.hope it helps.
