Question: My baby s 5.5 months....she feel comfortable to sleep on her tummy instead on her back....i make her sleep on her back..she roll n sleep on her tummy....in night also i try to turn but in half n hourshe comes in that position...is it wrong or any problem if she sleeps on her tummy
Answer: Hello! Baby should be sleeping on the back rather than on the tummy. Risk involved are that the baby might not be able to breathe properly due to this position and as a result will not be able to move away also. Hence, it is important that you keep changing the position even if the baby turns to sleep on the tummy. Also make sure that there are no pillows and loose sheets which can cause suffocation in the baby. Take care

Answer: Hi! Every baby is different and so are their developmental skill. Babies need strong neck muscle to roll over, few babies do it at 4 months and few may do it at 5 th or 6 th months. Please dont worry, baby will do everything with time and when he is ready. Good luck!

Question: Hello, my seven and half month baby didn't started to sit her own and also not crawling, she can roll over on both sides and catches her legs all time, she loves to sit on her baby walker and roams happily... During tummy time she just roll over from both sides and reaches her toys.. When will babies sit on their own
Answer: Hey its not good to put baby in a walker before she starts sitting... Let her get hold of sitting on her own first than put her in a walker.... If her back muscles get strong than the walker wont harm... Plz don't use walker untill her back muscles r strong that is when she sits on her own... Go step by step no need to rush.. And docs suggest use of walker only after 8/9 months.. Don't put her so soon
