Jaise aap ka baby big hota hai vaise pressure on back abdomen aur vaginal muscle tho aap ko back pait vagina aur leg mai pain ho sakta hai. Aap ka stomach bhi tight hota hai. Baar baar wash room jana due to the pressure. Aap soote wakth pillow back mai de aur cold ya hot press use kare. Warm shower bhi pain kam karne mai madad hogi gentle massages to help u feel relaxed with coconut or olive oil. Hope I helped
Answer: Hello mam, ye normal hai, pregnancy mein aapke organs constantly shift hote hain aur uterus expand hota hai jisse ki ye problem hoti hai. Aapki body stretch hoti hai aur halka ya chubhta hua pain hota hai. Gas bhi ek reason ho sakta hai pain ka aur yr pain ek jagah pe nhi hota, left to right or back and chest tak jata hai. Those time par chhoti chhoti meals lein and jitna ho sake fluids lein. Light exercise se bhi relief milta hai aur junk food jitna ho sake avoid karein.
