Question: Hello mam, lm 3 months pregnant and lm thalessemia minor and my hemoglobin is only 8.2 how can I increase my blood count naturally

Answer: Hi.. i m also thal minor. U shld eat healthy n iron rich diet. But it will nt increase ur blood count but will be helpful fr baby. U hv limits cz of thal. One more thing ur husband must hv dat HPLC test to check thal trait If he also has minor or no issue den baby will be k other wise in major thal doc suggest ro abort d baby.. cz in future there qre higher chance fr baby of thal major

    My test is already done and the baby is absolutely fine having no thal issues but my blood count is getting low during pregnancy

    Thats really gud dat baby is safe n healthy.. a much relief fr parents. Dear i wld suggest to hv healthy diet..dont go for iron sucrose drips or something else cz i hv suffered cz of dem.. best wishes
