Answer: Dear vomit is completely normal during pregnancy because of hormonal changes so drink ginger tea in the morning. You can make this by boiling one cup water and adding one teaspoon grated ginger and honey to it.Simply chew on peppermint leaves. You can simply inhale the freshness of oranges or sip orange juice to alleviate the vomiting sensation.Just squeeze half a lemon into one glass of warm water and add a teaspoon of honey and drink this juice daily in the morning. You can consume a bowl of yoghurt 1-2 times in a day for a sated feeling. You may chew on fennel seeds whenever you get a feeling of nausea for instant relief. You may also make fennel tea by adding the seeds to a cup of hot boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the concoction and add a teaspoon of honey. Drink this tea in the morning to curb your morning sickness.
