Answer: Dear so if your cycle is 28 days the have sex in ovulation days. So ovulation is when your body releases egg and having sex in these days increases the chances of pregnancy . Ovulation happens about 14 days before your period starts. If your average menstrual cycle is 28 days, you ovulate around day 14, and your most fertile days are days 12, 13 and 14. As of now wait if the flow remains same then once period stops do a home pregnancy test and use only first midstream urine of the day. If its negative then have sex regularly and especially on ovulation days and wait for missed period..

Question: My period cycle is 26 to 28 days. On 18th Nov i got period. What will be my ovulation period. I want to conceive. Please help
Answer: Hi dear, Timing your intercourse plays major role in conceiving rather doing it frequently.ovulation is the period when you release egg from your ovary.during this time if through intercourse sperm is introduced in your vagina,it could fertilize your released egg.now if there is no egg, intercourse won't be useful.ovulation or fertile period could start from 10-18 days post period.if your period starts today, have intercourse from 10 th day to 18 th day.as ovulation time changes for each individual depending on each ones period cycle,it is quite difficult to track when exactly one ovulates.ideally it is most of the time on 16 the day for a 28 days cycle.you can also use an ovulation kit to track your ovulation.or observe the following signs: 1- discharge changes from thick white to egg white consistency 2- mild abdominal cramp or back ache 3- mild increase in body temperature 4-increase in libido or sex urge 5-breast tenderness 6- mild spotting
