Answer: Yes, if you've had a healthy pregnancy, there's no reason why you and your partner can't have a full and satisfying sex life. Rest assured, having sex cannot harm your baby. During intercourse your baby stays cushioned and safe in the amniotic fluid. Also, the cervix is closed and has a mucus plug, which makes it impassable. Your husband will not be able to penetrate deep enough to reach your baby. And although orgasms can trigger uterine contractions, these do not cause any harm and are different from contractions during labour. However, your gynaecologist may advise you to not have sex if you: have a history or threat of miscarriage. have unexplained vaginal bleeding or spotting have abdominal pain or cramps have a history of cervical weakness are pregnant with twins or multiple babies have a low lying placenta or placenta pervia.

Question: Hello..i today by mistake ate roasted pineapple...will it be harmful?? M now 😓😭😰😦
Answer: Hi darling, pineapple is a safe, healthy choice during pregnancy. Someone might have told you to avoid this fruit because it may cause early miscarriage, or bring on labor. But this is an old wives' tale. There's no scientific evidence to support that pineapple is dangerous during pregnancy. Pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain, which is thought to help soften your cervix and bring on labor. ... One pineapple contains a very small amount of bromelain. You would need to eat as many as eight pineapples for it to have any effect.
