24 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hello.. Im 23weeks pregnant... My due date is 8 Aug'18.. I' m not gaining weight during pregnancy... I have gained just 2 KGS from beginning of my pregnancy till date.. Doctors are saying baby is fine then I'm not gaining weight...

Answer: Sometimes all you eat goes to your baby only , nothing to worry as long as baby is fine Keep eating healthy do a bit of exercises, you will gain weight in 2nd & 3rd trimester Minimum 8- 20kg weight gain is normal in pregnancy
