Question: Hello, I'm 27 years old. I m in my end of 4th month pregnancy. When should I start to do exercises? And what kind of exercises will be good and safe in this period?

Answer: Congratulations for pregnancy dear if there s no complication as low lying placenta bleeding or pain or short cervix then u can start exercises as u can do alom vilom ,suryanamashkar,cat pose ,triangle pose too try it nd u can go 4 walk too try it dear
