Question: Hello.... I'm 18 weeks pregnant and I can't eat anything only small amount of food or something I can eat because of my bloated stomach and stomach will become hard and bump will become big even after drinking water is this gas problem.... And after peeing or motion released my bump will become small... Why is this like this????

Answer: Hi,when you get constipation ,you are bound to get bloated stomach,so to avoid that and get regular motions you should try this. Have adequate water. Have fibrous food like green vegetables and carrots.have oats as it is rich in fibres.have fruits like banana,prune juice,and figs.this will help. Also have ginger honey paste one teaspoon. Have gauva with morning breakfast,it will help too.
Answer: Better to eat small quantities 6times a day than eating large quantuties 3times

Answer: Hi! Abdominal pain is pretty common in pregnancy due to the stretching and growing of the uterus, ligaments and muscles that support it also stretch. You can sit down for a while, lie down on the opposite side where you have pain and put your feet up. You can have warm water baths to ease the pain. Also, Vomiting is pretty common is pregnancy and so is initial loss of weight due to this. Take your time getting out of bed. Sit up slowly. Avoid sudden and jerky movements. Include banana in your morning meal and keep some healthy snacks always by your side. Avoid smells of food that give you vomiting feeling, try to go for morning walk to get fresh air. Drink 8-12 glasses of water everyday and keep yourself hydrated. Hope you feel better soon!
