Answer: It is very important to take a short break in sitting idle for a long time. Half an hour in between u should walk in order to allow the baby to change his position so that ur kid may swim to a better position. Keeping him idle for long makes him stuck his hand or legs difficult to move. U should drink plenty of water and urinate in regular intervals. Dont keep ur bladder full. It causes urinary infections. Should also eat fruits and vegetables in between breakfast n meals n dinner. Stay away from cool drinks, junk food, beverages like Cola etc. Eat pomegranate, badam, dates, milk, fish, amla, egg, red meat, leafy veg etc.
