Answer: Hi dear, I faced the same pain and it's due to heat or may be the skin stretches over that area. Do apply body lotion everyday on your belly and before bed apply a drop of castor oil in your belly button. Take care of your body heat, drink lot of water and keep a pillow between your legs while you sleep. Don't be worried this will relieve you from the temporary pain. Happy pregnancy 😊

Question: i am in 23 weeks pregnant. below my belly button one dark straight line is there. above belly button light straight is coming wat is this?
Answer: Its called linea nigra...it is the result of fluctuating hormones. It is said that they cause your body to make more than the usual amount of melanin, a compound responsible for giving your skin pigment, and this extra pigmentation shows up as a dark line stretching from the belly button to the top of the pubic hair.

Question: Plz tell me the sleeping position in pregnancy i cnt sleep straight nd if i turn on left or right side sudden pain occur in my belly
Answer: Hello dear, , you can try this for good sleep. The main problem is don't full ur stomach before sleeping. Eat light and digestive food.here is some more cause for your discomfort night. The best sleep position during pregnancy is “SOS” (sleep on side). Even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. If you find that you are having problems with back pain, use the “SOS” position, and try placing a pillow under your abdomen as well. If you are experiencing heartburn during the night, you may want to try propping your upper body with pillows. In late pregnancy, you may experience shortness of breath.  Try lying on your side or propped up with pillows. These suggestions may not sound completely comfortable, especially if you are used to sleeping on your back or stomach, but try them out.  You may find that they work. Keep in mind that you may not stay in one position all night, and rotating positions is fine. Hope it helped.... Take care urself....
