Answer: After six weeks, you can do gentle sit-ups to tone things up, though these work on your upper, rather than lower,tummy muscles. It is often the lowertummy muscles that women find a problem after a caesarean section, and exercising these is easier and morefor effective. For normla u can start after 3 weeks... take ur doc advise and assistance before u start .. as its for general and only doc knows ur Condition
