Feeling nauseated in the first trimester is normal but dont worry these symptoms subside with time..I had bad nausea over my first trimester and half of my second trimester. Things that worked for me are; eating a toast on empty stomach first thing in the morning.Having a snack immediately upon waking up. Like even before you get out of bed to brush your teeth. It helped me a lot, Sucking on Imly candies, or chew ajwain or saunf and i had to take pregnancy-safe medicine for really bad bouts of nausea. Do talk to your doctor if u feel its needed

Question: Too much nausea and vomiting whole the day...very high level of acidity. Everything comes out whatever I eat. No medicine helping in this. Please suggest some remedy.
Answer: Hi dear, one of the most common symptoms of pregnancy is vomiting and few very common and easy thing you can do to help you for copping up.
For morning nausea, eat toast, cereal, crackers, or other dry foods before getting out of bed.
Eat cheese, lean meat, or another high-protein snack before bedtime.
Sip fluids, such as clear fruit juices, water, or ice chips, throughout the day. Don’t drink lots of fluid at one time.
Eat small meals or snacks every two to three hours instead of three large meals per day.
Don’t eat fried, greasy, or spicy foods.
Avoid foods with strong odors that are bothersome. Or eat foods cold or at room temperature.

Have breakfast, within a hour of wake-up ,it will reduce morning sickness,and vomiting
Always have fruits after meal,it will give you more strength and stamina
Drink lemon juice,with salt,sugar it will reduce vomitting
You can boil a piece of ginger,in a glass of water,allow it to boil for five minutes,have it,best remedy for vomitting
For vomiting,you can drink buttermilk,tender coconut,cumin water ,ajwan water it will helps a lot
Avoid oily,spicy food,and packed items too,it will cause indigestion
