Answer: Hello dear One of the reasons for fatigue, sleep and not feeling hungry problems during pregnancy are changing hormone levels. It's normal to feel tired as your body works to protect and nurture the developing baby, The placenta is just forming, your body is making more blood, and your heart is pumping faster because of which u feel tired, feeling sleepy and not feeling hungry.

Question: I had c-sec before 4 years for my first delivery. Now I'm in 33 weeks with second one. I feel more pressure on pelvic area and abdominal pain. Is it normal or because of old c- sec???
Answer: hello dear congratulations that you are pregnant again OK so the pressure that you are feeling all the pain in the pelvic area or the abdominal pain is absolutely normal and very common as you are already in your 33 weeks of pregnancy at this actually happens due to the increase in size of the baby as well as the increase in the blood volume and you too so many things the pelvic pressure increases as you are reaching that. Was the end of your pregnancy so it is going to be more and more uncomfortable for you you can do some exercises to prevent that kind of pain giggle exercises are good but as you have already had a c-section earlier you can talk to your doctor about what kind of exercises on yoga you can perform at home to be at the safe side Hope it was helpful.
