Answer: hi dear! Croup is most often caused by a virus. Children with croup have trouble breathing because their small airways swell. A barking cough, fever, runny nose, and stridor are common symptoms. -Use a cool-mist humidifier or run a hot shower to create a steam-filled bathroom where you can sit with your child for 10 minutes. -In cooler weather, taking your child outside for a few minutes to breathe in the cool air may ease symptoms. also you will have to take care as you take care in normal flu dear. stay away from flu patients in the house , do not allow anyone to sneeze on the baby or near. also make sure there is no construction or painting work in the house. and yes bronchoscopy can be done dear. dont worry everything will be fine . take care!

Answer: Hi Dear! when the problem is severe at times inhaler is required and your doctor is right that there is no problem in it now if home remedies are not working or for 12 month old baby no issue in using inhaler because all home remedies might not work for the baby and in case of this kind of a severity i think that you need you should listen to your doctor that's why personal opinion though.. Hope this helps!
